Artist's Comments

An unknown and unnamed planet which has been around for millennia’s until a violent war between two races which allows it to be discovered and used as a strong hold for a military base. An ancient device orbits this planet which is capable of destroying all living matter in the galaxy and it’s on its last orbit before activation.

Ok so I am very please with this one due to the fact I used a completely different technique which I think is far better then my original.

This took about 20 hours plus, using various software’s and techniques.

Comments and favourites are always welcome

FCKING love your planet.. texture is amazing, and those colors:D! On the other hand.. I dont like your astroid belt.. that kind of rocks are just to familar and I dont like the shapes.. anyway totally dig the story on the device that can destroy everything.. One of the best space scenes I've seen come along this week

I mean, ah, this is very nicely composed. I love the colors you used, and everything has a good proportion to it. Well done. ;3

I love the subtle colors here, somehow it gives the piece that dazzle that I love about space. The story is great too ;)

Nice work
